He’s been a driving force for parental choice\, accountability\, and academic excellence in education — helping to empower families and improve outcomes for students.A lifelong advocate for civic involvement\, Tom has also trained teachers in computer science instruction\, written on education policy\, and served as a strong voice for common-sense\, community-centered reform.He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a Master’s in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
